Managing Uncertainty Webinar Loved this session, interactive and thought provoking Utilities Client Our ‘Managing Uncertainty in Uncertain Times’ training session is designed to help individuals cope with external stressors and protect their psychological health and safety.
What will be covered? The webinar will equip individuals with a resilience toolkit to protect their psychological health and safety both in and out of the workplace. The webinar focusses on:
How to cope with and minimise distractions in an uncertain world.
How to maintain productivity.
Practical tools and tips.
Key learnings: By the end of the session attendees will:
Understand how external events, hearing about them and the uncertainty created by them, impacts on our mental health.
Acknowledge that while we can’t control what’s going on in the world we can increase our resilience, compassion and connection.
Learn how to apply the 5 C’s framework for coping in uncertainty.
Consider how I really am.
Control what I can.
Communicate my boundaries and my needs.
Create space and safety for myself.
Consciously connect with others.
