The How of Hybrid Workshop
Exactly what ‘hybrid’ looks like in terms of the where and when will vary by individuals but many of the risks and opportunities surrounding the ‘how’ will be the same:
How can colleagues and managers stay connected?
How do we achieve work-life integration?
How can we optimise technology to work for and not against us?
Our interactive workshops focus on the ‘How’ of Hybrid Working; Workshop One is centered on how individuals can stay mentally well in a hybrid world and Workshop Two which focusses on how managers can adapt their approach to support their teams and comply with their obligations under the Health & Safety at Work and Equality Acts.
Attendees will:
Appreciate we all have mental health; all experience poor mental health and may be at risk of mental ill health.
Understand the impact of stress on mental wellbeing.
Acknowledge their own personal challenges in relation to working arrangements.
Have self-awareness around own wellbeing, how to protect our mental health and stay well in a hybrid world.
Have the confidence to have conversations about mental health, communicate boundaries and promote positive wellbeing.
Commit to and develop an action plan for adopting new coping mechanisms specifically for mental wellbeing.
Ensures learners and managers are equipped with the skills to work where and how they perform best. Highlights some of the risks associated with hybrid working and how to mitigate those risks protecting both people and the organisation.
The course is suitable for anyone with hybrid working arrangements. The second workshop is exclusively for those with people management responsibilities. WTW will work with a client representative to tailor the session to your requirements.
