The Contractor Management Mock Trial training will raise awareness of the issues which can trigger proceedings when using Contractors whilst offering guidance on how existing systems and procedures can be improved. It will also help improve the understanding of claims and regulatory challenges that can arise from the use of contractors and identify the differences between the civil and criminal jurisdictions of the UK court system when dealing with breaches arising from the principal/sub-contractor relationship.
