Stress and Mental Health Awareness e-learning
To help organisations manage risk arising from poor mental health we have developed online training that can be used as part of any wellbeing strategy. Our online essentials course raises awareness about stress and mental health and empowers learners to manage their own wellbeing and support their colleagues, family and friends.
Introductory content, case studies and organisational signposting can be bespoke to a specific organisation’s requirements.
The e-learning is split into five sessions:
Part one: stress awareness.
Part two: mental health awareness.
Part three: stigma and discrimination.
Part four: keeping well.
Part five: supporting others.
Mental health is not just mental illness, we all have it.
We are all likely to experience poor mental health from time-to-time.
We are all vulnerable to developing mental illness at some point in our lives.
Chronic stress can impact overall health.
People can and do recover from mental health issues.
Suicidal thinking is common and suicidal behaviour is preventable.
Individuals experiencing mental illness will not always require time off work.
Helps demonstrate genuine care and concern for employee wellbeing, empowers individuals with education and tools to build resilience and support colleagues.
Our online essentials learning is suitable for employees of all levels across all industries. The introductory course has been designed to engage learners in understanding stress and mental health and to support them in building resilience, reducing stigma and supporting others.
We can provide unique user log-ins to a training platform for your employees to complete the e-learning on any mobile, tablet or computer device and generate progress and completion reports for individuals and groups of employees. Alternatively we can provide training files for use on your organisation's existing learning management system.
