Of the 40 countries in the Index, only 9 have rising scores (compared to 36 in the Spring Index) and 22 have falling scores (compared to 1 in the Spring Index). This indicates a more positive outlook and is supported by the findings across the 5 measured categories, which shows a more traditional mix of rising, falling, and static risk. This suggests the beginnings of individual country responses to the crisis.
In conclusion, despite the more positive Index numbers, we believe the road for many countries in the Index will be bumpy, winding, and with lots of obstacles, making our next edition necessary reading of course!
We hope you continue to find the Index informative and useful, and we look forward to discussing what these insights mean for your organization.
Yours Sincerely,
